Refund Policy
At Red Rabbit, we work hard to ensure customer satisfaction with the products you purchase. However, there are some return and refund policies in place. Once goods are sold, they cannot be returned nor exchanged without a reasonable claim, and customized products cannot be returned. For online purchases, returns will only be accepted in cases in which the wrong model was delivered or where the product was in a damaged condition when received. Please note that used products are not eligible for return.
We provide a 3 day return or exchange service in order to ensure best experience for all our customers.
To initiate any claim, customers must provide a complete unboxing video from start to finish and share it with us via Email or WhatsApp within two days of delivery; claims without this will not be entertained. In case of defective or damaged items (Dead on Arrival), replacements will be arranged once the product, along with its original packaging and accessories, is returned to us in proper condition with intact serial numbers. Upon receipt, we will promptly dispatch the replacement on the same day.
